These Terms of Use apply to nalasfaithhaven.org (the "site"), operated by Nala's Faith Haven, Inc. ("Nala's Faith Haven," "we," "us"), a Florida nonprofit corporation and faith-based Christian discipleship housing ministry. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Information only

The site shares general information about our ministry, our homes, and ways to give. It is provided for information only and is not an offer, contract, or promise of any kind.

2. No guarantee of housing or placement

Nothing on the site guarantees a bed, admission, or placement in any of our homes. Admission depends on availability, a conversation or interview with our team, agreement to our house standards, and a signed resident agreement. We may decline or end residency in line with our standards and the resident agreement. If you become a resident, your written resident agreement governs your stay and controls over anything on this site.

3. Program information may change

Program details on the site, including fees, deposits, beds available, house locations, schedules, and future plans such as our women's and veterans houses, are subject to change without notice. Please call (561) 424-6842 to confirm current information.

4. Not a medical, clinical, or treatment provider

Nala's Faith Haven is a faith-based residence and discipleship ministry. We are not a licensed treatment, clinical, detox, medical, or mental health provider. We do not provide medical care, diagnosis, therapy, counseling services, or addiction treatment, and we do not bill insurance. Nothing on the site is medical, clinical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

5. Gifts

• All gifts are voluntary. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a gift.
• Gifts are generally non-refundable. If you made a mistake, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate gift, please contact us promptly at info@nalasfaithhaven.org or (561) 424-6842, and we will work with you in good faith and with your payment provider to correct it.
• Nala's Faith Haven has applied for, but has not yet received, IRS recognition of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. Gifts are not currently tax-deductible, and we cannot assure deductibility. Please consult your tax advisor.
• Online gifts are processed by third parties (Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle through your bank) under their own terms. We are not responsible for their services, fees, delays, or errors.

6. Images and content

Some images on the site are artistic illustrations and are labeled as such. They are not photos of actual residents and are not resident testimonials. The site's text, design, logo, and images belong to Nala's Faith Haven or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but please do not copy or reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.

7. Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to break in, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Links to other sites

The site links to other websites and services, such as Facebook, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nala's Faith Haven, Inc. and its directors, officers, volunteers, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any linked site or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
